Shipping & Return Policies


We ship all orders via USPS or UPS. Rates will depend upon shipment weight, destination(s), and time of year. Please use the "Estimate Your Shipping" feature on the Shopping Cart Page for information on exact shipping charges.


We ship every business day Monday through Friday. Items will ship within two business days from receipt of payment. When we ship your order you will receive an email with the delivery confirmation number and a link to the USPS or UPS website where you can track your shipment. In the unlikely event your item does not ship within two days of completed payment we will communicate the status with you. You will be provided the option of a 100% refund of your purchase or the date your item will ship.

In-Person Pickup: Tukwila, WA

Items ordered on may not be available for immediate pickup. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

In-Person Pickup is available for customers residing in the state of Washington. Please use the "Calculate Shipping" feature on the Shopping Cart Page and enter your Washington state zip code to select the In-Person Pickup: Tukwila, WA option. There is currently no charge for In-Person Pickup orders.

In-Person Pickup is open every business day Monday through Friday from 7am - 3:30pm PST. Please note that orders are not processed or available for pickup on Weekends or Holidays.

  • This shipping policy applies to all of our cookies, as they are perishable.
  • UPS 2-Day or Warm Weather Shipping must be selected to ensure items arrive without melting.
  • Orders are shipped with special packaging to keep the product(s) cool during shipping.
  • Please be available to receive package upon shipment. Packages left outside in warm areas are likely to suffer heat damage.
  • Orders ship Monday through Thursday.
    Orders placed after 11am Pacific Time Thursday through Sunday will be held for processing until the following Monday.

Our decorated cookies are perishable in temperatures above 80°F and need special care when shipped in warm weather. Our heat-protective packaging (including ice packs) lasts for only 48 hours, so we must restrict the total delivery time. Please note that orders are not processed on Weekends or Holidays as our transportation partners are closed on those days. When your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with the shipping method and tracking number. Please use this information to estimate the delivery date.

Refunds & Returns

We have done our best to accurately and faithfully describe each item and will stand behind it. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please inspect your items carefully when they arrive. We offer a no hassle guarantee. You can return your items for any reason within 14 days of receipt. Upon return of the items we will promptly refund 100% of the purchase price less any shipping charges. Please visit our Contact Page to get in touch.
